Its design is based on the latest re-formulation of the science of education in which education is cast as "a metadiscipline or discipline of disciplines" to equip learners with knowledge, competencies, and leadership to facilitate learning and development in and beyond the formal education settings. Graduates of the programme will be equipped with multi-disciplinary knowledge in education, technology, and science with education and learning sciences serving as the unifying threads. Not only will students be provided with internship opportunities to consolidate theory-practice integration, but they will also carry out research projects to synthesize multi- disciplinary knowledge and action-science competencies.
