IDT adopts a student-centric curriculum, which is created based on students’ talents and interests, and a project-based learning approach in which students study and work in teams to enhance their interpersonal skills. Students acquire knowledge in design and systems thinking, specific technologies and entrepreneurial spirit through a learning-by-doing approach. The birth of disruptive innovations requires both cutting-edge science and engineering advancement. This creates a huge demand for innovators who can integrate know-how that spans different disciplines within a human-centered mindset.
