The programme is designed to train students to operate as a “hub”, enabling them to develop technological solutions in the context of social science/business practices. The BSc-DSEGA thus occupies a unique position and offers unique provision to the digital entertainment and gaming industries. Applicants can use at most one relevant Applied Learning subject (ApL) as an elective subject. "Attained with Distinction (II)” and "Attained with Distinction (I)” is comparable to level 4 and level 3 respectively. 'Attained' in ApL will not be considered. In addition, ApL Chinese cannot be used as an elective subject. Maximum of one Category C subject (Other languages) can be counted. HKSYU accepts combined sittings in HKDSE examination. First Year Tuition Fee First Year Tuition Fee HK$ 97,967 The first year tuition fee of 2027/28 entry is $97,967 and the whole programme fee is $391,868. The amount of SSSDP subsidy in 2027/28 is $81,450. After deducting SSSDP subsidy, the estimated first year tuition fee is $16,517 and the whole programme fee is $66,068.
