Direct Entry to undergraduate courses from HKDSE Year 1 entry A-Level BBB-BBC equivalent courses 3-3-3 in three subjects from core or elective subjects Year 2 entry Year 1 ABB equivalent courses (Law for example) 4-3-3 in three subjects from core or elective subjects Where specific A-levels are required for any course, an elective in that subject will be required from HKDSE category A electives. We do not accept integrated/combined science electives for degrees that require a full A-level subject in that area (biology for example). Where A-level maths is required for any course, you will need to take Extended Mathematics.
