What our students say
2nd London university for student satisfaction - National Student Survey 26*
I did not have any tangible experience in HR before, but this course gave me everything I needed to secure a job in the industry while still studying at university! The aspect I enjoyed most was the quality of the modules and how well they prepared me for a career after (or during) studies. I cannot think of any better tutors to support you in your journey as they have both academic and industry backgrounds. And these are only a few of the many benefits CLBS has to offer!

Student stories and opportunities
UWL alumni Peter Collyer was working as a head chef while studying for his Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualification on our human resource management course.
I was studying on day release from my job. It was challenging, but then you don’t really find anything challenging when you enjoy it.
The hard work paid off, and his qualifications helped him secure a position in HR at a travel company before moving on to brands like Oasis, Disney, and Ted Baker.

BSc (Hons) Human Resource Management students recently had the opportunity to engage directly with UWL’s Human Resources (HR) Director Paula Bruton and her team of experienced HR professionals.
Through meaningful interaction and shared experiences students were able to deepen their understanding of functions of HR, as well as challenges faced by HR professionals.
