Please submit a 15-20 page digital portfolio.

Think carefully about how you order your work. You could spread projects over several pages, or put one on each page.

PDF portfolios are the most accessible and reliable way to share your work. You could also include other formats, including links to content on websites, Instagram, Flickr or Vimeo. Remember to check your submission carefully to make sure your links work and can be opened on all devices.

We will send more guidance on uploading your portfolio after you have applied.

What we're looking for

There is no single way to approach your submission. We are interested in evidence of your creative potential, your ideas and your willingness to explore and experiment through your practice.

Qualifications needed for 2027:

This course requires 128–144 UCAS points.

The typical offer for this course is 128-144 UCAS points from Level 3 qualifications. You could achieve this with:

A-levels: ABB – AAA

BTEC Extended Diploma: Distinction Distinction Merit – Distinction Distinction Distinction

Foundation Diploma in Art and Design: Distinction

Access to HE Diploma: 128 UCAS points, normally with 30 Distinctions and 15 Merits

IB Diploma: 28-30 points

Additional requirements for Architecture MArch

International and English language requirements for Architecture MArch

English language requirement for this course: Academic IELTS of 6.0 overall, with no element below 5.5.

Applicants who do not meet the English language requirements could be eligible to join our pre-sessional English language course.

Applicants from a recognised majority English speaking country (MESCs) do not need to meet these requirements.
