We are happy to consider other qualifications on a case-by-case basis, including the following qualifications, providing they demonstrate a satisfactory standard and include a pass in English at the equivalent of GCSE:

English Language Requirements

This course requires a Good level of English language, equivalent to B2 on CEFR.

Merit overall in Design, Surveying and Planning OR Engineering. Other subjects will be considered on a case by case basis

Access to HE Diploma

The University welcomes applications from Access to Higher Education Diploma candidates for consideration. A typical offer would be to obtain Access to HE Diploma with 45 Credits at level 3 with 30 credits at Distinction and 15 credits at Merit. A Science Access programme including Maths and Physics credits at Level 3 would be required.
