Do you love maths but want a career in accountancy? Are you interested in business but still want to improve your maths skills? Are you drawn to mathematical finance but unsure where to specialise (e.g. accountancy, actuarial science, or economics)?

If so, the BSc Accountancy and Mathematics degree could be a perfect fit for you.

In this degree, you will:

develop core maths skills in algebra, calculus, and geometry

learn to use maths to solve real-world problems

gain skills in key programming languages used in maths and industry

study essential principles of financial accounting, reporting, and management

learn about financial statements, management, marketing, and corporate governance

You will become a logical numerate problem solver with specialist knowledge of accountancy.

Increased employability skills

You will learn to problem solve in the context of financial systems. You will also learn how to use advanced statistical and mathematical software. Hence you will develop essential and sought after skills. We know that our recent Accountancy and Mathematics graduates work across the financial sector, from accountancy to data science, actuarial science, programming, and economics.
