Accounting and finance are about how money is managed and how financial decisions impact businesses and society. In the BAcc Accounting with Finance course, you'll dive into these topics. You'll also develop skills to analyse and manage financial practices.

This course gives you the tools to make a difference in the world of business and beyond. You'll explore areas like sustainability and ethics. This will help you understand the important role finance plays in building a better future.

The course combines core skills and full accreditation in accounting with a specialisation in finance. This helps to open doors to exciting careers within both finance and accounting, such as:

With a solid foundation in both fields, you'll graduate ready to tackle a diverse range of opportunities.

You will learn how to prepare financial statements in the areas of auditing, taxation and reporting. You will also undertake specialist finance modules in years 3 and 4.

The degree is fully accredited by the Scottish chartered accountancy body (ICAS) and Chartered Accountants Ireland.

It also offers maximum exemptions from other global accounting bodies such as ACCA, AIA and CIMA. This will give you a head start toward full professional membership.
